Oxfordshire Artweeks is the UK’s oldest and biggest artist open studios & pop-up exhibition event, running for over 40 years!
In the town we call home, Watlington Oxfordshire, from the 10th to the 18th May you can enjoy a huge range of creative activity by artists, makers and designers in artists' studios, pop-up galleries, glorious gardens, ancient churches and other beautiful venues. For the 4th year running we will be returning to the beautiful Tree Barn at Christmas Common! The owners of the Tree Barn have generously invited us back again this year to have a Food Stall and Bar on site for the duration of Artweek where we will be offering beautiful, seasonal, artisanal food & drink each day and our exceptionally popular evening of long table dining Supper Clubs and for the first time this year a family friendly burger night with Artist inspired Smash Burgers!
Food Stall & Bar
From Sunday 11th to Sunday 18th May we will be at the Tree Barn from 12noon to 6pm everyday offering delicious hot drinks, chilled drinks and cheeky tipples, beautiful sweet and savoury delights for lunch, all handmade by ourselves in Watlington for you to enjoy whilst you explore the amazing artists exhibiting at the Tree Barn! We will be taking payments on the day by cash and card (inc. contactless) and there will be plenty of places to sit down to enjoy your food and drink!
burger night
On the evening of Friday 16th May the Tree Barn exhibitions will be staying open late and we will be running a Burger Night with some fabulous Artist Inspired Smash Burgers. Starting early at 5pm and running till 8.30pm it's a great chance to bring friends and family for an informal evening enjoying some great freshly made smash burgers along with a drink from the bar whilst you can meet the Artists exhibiting at the Barn and enjoy their amazing art! Supper Club
On Saturday 17th we will also be returning with our fantastically popular Long Table Supper Club! From 6pm to 7.30pm we will be kicking off with a Canape Reception and a chance to meet the Tree Barn Artists and view their amazing work. At 7.30pm we will sit down to enjoy a fantastic old school two course meal, served family style in the middle of the barn surrounded by some of the sensational art work on display! Our bar will also run through the evening for drinks to accompany your meal.
The Supper will be held on long shared tables and is designed to be a unique, relaxed, social, community-building dining experience focused around wonderful food experiences. So whether you would like to join us as a couple, a small group or would just like to come alone, the shared tables will ensure everyone has a wonderful time!

We hired Gravy & Custard for a TV production in Huntercombe, and they were fantastic caterers to work with! Each day, they delivered exceptional hot food. Multiple departments across the production frequently praised their cooking, including Executive Producers who are highly experienced in the food sector, and every day the food was delivered on time. Gravy & Custard were also incredibly flexible with their menu options, despite our constraints and budget limits, and were able to produce a variety of delicious meals each day. I'd highly recommend them and will definitely be working with them again!

Crumble Shack provided catering for St Catherine's College Ball, their service was friendly, professional and speedy to feed 2000 guests! Our guests loved the food and how fresh, warm and delicious it was! The choice of flavors was exceptional and I'd recommend them to anyone looking to treat their guests to something comforting and super tasty!

What Daniel and his family team achieved on the day was out of this world. The shack set up looked amazing and we were blown away by the exceptional quality of the food and our vision was met 100%.
